:)) daddy daughter date night. We had a blast eating mashed mummy, bloody finger stumps, entrails, all the best!! Elle of course won the cake walk. (don't know if "won" is the right word for a cake walk??). Musical chairs bordered on prison rules... I think a girl took my knee to the forehead. Elle was doing well in the donut eating contest until she pulled the donut right off.

I couldn't believe how competitive Elle got in the back bend thing where you go under the stick (what is that called??!!). Anyway, I have no idea where she gets that from ;))

AF Canyon . . . You have to drive up!!

So I went up the canyon for a leisurely ;)) 6 mile afternoon run from pine hollow trail to the top of the Alpine loop and back and the colors are amazing. It literally looks like a master painter took their brush to it.  One word . . . beautiful!!

I guess I just have to accept the fact that I am a seriously old now and the slightest thing gives me a coronary! I could just keel over any minute! Ensure for breakfast and lunch. Early bird special for dinner. In bed by 6:30
